Who is the Shoulder Bulletproof Program for?

Destinated to every person looking for strengthening their shoulders in every aspects. People with healthy shoulders or formerly injured, who want to built the strongest joints they have ever had. From baseline to bulletproof standards in flexibility, strength, reflex and proprioception.

Do I need Gym access?

Even though it is advisable to do so in order to get the best possible gains. Besides all the gym programs, we also offer “No Equipment” and "Limited-equipment" options that allow you to train from your living room. With these adjustments we can meet everyone's need.

When do new programs come out?

New programs will drop once per month with several standards to achieve. From there a program is divided in several blocks of 3-4 weeks. Each block is a new level to keep your body in a constant progression - From baseline to Gold Standards levels.
