MEET THE TRAINER

ENZO BIRGY

Practicing downhill mountain biking, he quickly turned to strength training, a major advantage in his preparation to perform in this extreme sport.

Graduated with a European Master’s degree in “strength & conditioning, mental training and rehabilitation”, since 2016, he has been working in collaboration with the Pole France MTB XC and the French Cycling Federation. In parallel to this position, he also coach national to international level athletes in various outdoor sports (MTB downhill, trial, alpine skiing).

He has developed his training system by working with internationally renowned mentors and high-level athletes.

New programs will drop once per month with several standards to achieve. From there a program is divided in several blocks of 3-4 weeks. Each block is a new level to keep your body in a constant progression - From baseline to gold standards levels.

Even though it is advisable to do so in order to get the best possible gains. Besides all the gym programs, we also offer “No Equipment” and "Limited-equipment" options that allow you to train from your living room. With these adjustments we can meet everyone's need.
